RELEVANT INSTRUCTION - PRACTICAL APPLICATION - REALISTIC PRACTICE

We provide and maintain high-quality, evidence-based "bleeding edge" courses, training and instruction to meet and exceed National Registry and state CE requirements, taught by experienced, interactive instructors from the air medical and critical care transport community.

In our catalog of courses students can select the best CE approaches for their own learning style. First-time students may take an assessment to determine their best learning style (visual, auditory or kinesthetic).  Based on individual results, you can choose a course compatible with the learning style that best suits your needs, so you'll be more comfortable with class participation and you'll learn with greater retention.

AME uses a synergistic learning system based on the Instruction scaffolding strategy, components of Bloom’s Taxonomy, several pedagogy tools and a proprietary learning architecture of our design. Our overarching objective goes well beyond credential acquisition instead vying to prepare students to expertly manage critical care patients.

A few of the Pedagogy tools we use for instruction include:

  • Crossover Training

  • Incidental Learning

  • Scaffolded Learning

  • Simulations and Excercises

  • Context-Based Learning

  • Learning By Doing

  • Games

  • Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic Learning

  • Computational Thinking

  • Power Review

  • Stealth Assessment

  • Adaptive Instruction
